Fall Conference

  • Recruiting sponsors – who would like to take that on besides Erin Patti?
  • SM&M to develop a 1-2 page document describing our member/friend base and “social reach” that we could provide potential sponsors. We could also set up a strategy meeting (or phone call/email chain) a month or earlier before APRA International and develop a list of potential sponsors we could approach for our Fall Conference. APRA International could be a good time to catch vendors and set up these kind of meetings.  (note for June programming meeting or separate altogether?)
  • Publicity – for SM&M
  • Publicity plan?
  •  Take a few quotes from this story to promote our Fall Conference
  • Recruit speaker(s) to do “guest blog” on YNPN or other widely read blog and mention upcoming conference
  • Catering – Leigh to investigate @ Loyola
  • CFRE - Erin bios available on Google Drive, will have presentation descriptions when speaker agreements returned
  • Headshot photographer recruitment – organizer needed
  • Item from April meeting:  Rebekah planned to send survey asking why people didn’t attend Spring event - will send by 2 May 2014.  Results?
