Speaker Bios:
Jennifer Filla: A long time ago in a far-away career, Jen Filla got hooked on research as a legal secretary. For more than ten years now she has been helping fundraisers with prospect research. She is President of Aspire Research Group LLC, CEO of the Prospect Research Institute and co-author of Prospect Research for Fundraisers: The Essential Handbook. She believes that the best learning and working includes creativity and fun.
Preeti Gill: Preeti has spent her entire working career in Prospect Research, starting out as an assistant in her alma mater’s advancement division. She has worked in both large and small shops in higher education and the community foundation movement. Recently, she moved into a fundraising position at a public library system where she's putting her prospecting skills to great use! She is also diving into independent prospect research. Preeti has enjoyed attending the last two APRA-IL conferences in Chicago and is a current member of this chapter in addition to APRA-Northwest. She is Chair of APRA International’s Editorial Advisory Committee which publishes Connections.
