Join Apra-IL for its first virtual roundtable of 2025! Four prospect development professionals will discuss their experiences in the healthcare sector, covering topics such as identifying "good prospects," leveraging grateful patients for prospect identification, using unique tools and visualizations, and managing data within healthcare organizations.
Speakers:
Andrew Gutierrez: With experience since 2018, Andrew has held roles at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and Cleveland Clinic’s Philanthropy Institute. He focuses on using SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analytics to support prospect development, building models for identifying, segmenting prospects, and predicting donor behavior. He’s also pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at Northwestern University and teaches indoor cycling in Chicago.
Laura Koo: Director of Prospect Development at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Foundation, Laura has revamped the department’s research, prospect management, and wealth screening processes. Before Lurie Children’s, she was Director of Research & Prospect Management at the Art Institute of Chicago and worked with social service organizations early in her career.
Martha Ortinau Rowe: A seasoned development professional with over ten years of experience across healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors, Martha specializes in Prospect Research & Development, Annual Giving, Major Gifts, and data analytics, combining strategic vision with deep constituent relationship management.
Lilly Suwinski: Senior Prospect Research Analyst at Henry Ford Health, Lilly supports daily operations, including portfolio reviews and research. She has previously worked in various aspects of prospect development at the University of Virginia and Northwestern Memorial Foundation. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys crafting and using her PTO for creative projects and adventures.
