APRA-IL Field Trip: The Oriental Institute

The Institute is located at 1155 E 58th St. in Chicago. 

After touring the museum, we will be going to dinner at Medici on 57th at approximately 6:30pm. If you can't make the museum, join us for dinner! Medici is located at 1327 E 57th St. 

Meeting place: We will be meeting just inside the museum's entrance. 

Getting to the Institute: Visitors can take the Red Line to Garfield Blvd., and then take the 55th Street bus to University Avenue. An alternative option is taking the Jackson Park Express Bus (#6) to 57th Street, and walking 9 blocks to the museum.
