This is the first call for the 2016 committee and an orientation call for new volunteers.

-New meeting formats- quarterly and or ad hoc meetings lead by Rebekah
-sign up on website for events to receive agenda, call #, and reminders
-Handbook – The handbook has our APRA-IL brand colors, marketing/social media policies and account information.
4. Current Roles
-Blog- Elisa- Manager
-Work with Elisa if you’d like to write a blog, have a topic suggestions, or questions.
-There is a blog schedule on the Google Drive
-Co-Chair of Marketing
-This position is responsible for the social media presence of the chapter and helps with other messaging to membership with Rebekah. Full job description is in the handbook.
5. Needs:
-Graphic design for newsletters, events, marketing etc.
-Updating the website
-resources
-layout/content – i.e pictures, member quotes, PR resources
-Membership outreach
-keeping on top of volunteer recruitment
-build leadership pipeline.
